Instagram photo color changes can be prevented with a simple hack

Users may experience unexpected color or brightness changes when uploading photos to Instagram, particularly those taken with newer smartphones. This issue often occurs because Instagram recognizes the image as an HDR (High Dynamic Range) photo, which can cause the platform to render brightness and colors differently than they appear in a device's camera roll.

A suggested workaround to prevent this involves using the Snapseed app. By opening the desired photo in Snapseed and simply saving it again to the camera roll without applying any filters or edits, the file is reprocessed. This action changes how the HDR information is stored, helping to ensure the image maintains its intended appearance when uploaded to Instagram.
