Instinct AI assistant valuation reaches $10 billion

The AI assistant startup Instinct is reportedly in talks to raise $1 billion at a $10 billion valuation. This figure represents a fourfold increase from the $2.5 billion valuation estimated by investors just one month ago.

Founded by 23-year-old Noah Shinn and launched in February, Instinct distinguishes itself by operating within existing messaging platforms like iMessage and WhatsApp rather than requiring a standalone application. The service is designed to function like a human assistant, capable of performing tasks such as booking flights, drafting emails, and making restaurant reservations through text-based interaction.

While the product remains currently invite-only, early users and investors have noted its ability to handle complex logistics, such as arranging airport transfers and optimizing travel itineraries.
