Institut Igalo to hold shareholders assembly on September 10

The shareholders assembly for Institut ‘Dr Simo Milošević’ AD Igalo is scheduled to resume on September 10, 2026. A primary objective of the meeting is the adoption of a new Statute, which will align the institution with the new Law on Business Societies and facilitate the ongoing restructuring plan.

Pavle Obradović, Chairman of the Board of Directors, reported that the Institute has seen significant financial improvement, recording a profit of approximately two million euros during the first seven months of 2026. This recovery is viewed as a foundation for the next phase of development.

In terms of physical investment, the Board has approved the launch of the first of three tenders for the reconstruction of roof surfaces at the Institute’s second phase. Obradović also noted constructive cooperation between the management, the government, the Ministry of Health, and minority shareholder Vile Oliva.
