Institute for Education begins training for 28 new school directors

The Institute for Education has launched a professional development program for 28 newly appointed directors of educational institutions. The training is designed to strengthen the competencies required for high-quality and responsible management within the education sector.

Participants recently completed the first module, titled ‘Legislation and Administration,’ which was the first to be implemented under an updated training program. This modernized curriculum is aligned with contemporary educational trends and challenges. The module placed significant emphasis on financial management and reporting to ensure successful institutional governance.

The training group includes directors from various regions, including Cetinje, Rožaje, Žabljak, Andrijevica, Berane, Mojkovac, Pljevlja, Šavnik, Ulcinj, Bar, Bijelo Polje, and Nikšić. The sessions were led by experts from the Institute for Education and the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, focusing on practical applications of legal and administrative procedures.
