Institutional investors report shifts in Boeing, Target Hospitality, and other equities

Various institutional investors and companies have reported significant shifts in equity holdings and stock transactions.

Target Hospitality announced an upsized secondary offering of 14 million common shares at $18.50 per share, to be sold by Arrow Holdings S. à r.l. and MFA Global S. à r.l. for approximately $259 million. Concurrently, the company plans to repurchase about $30 million of its own stock using cash and credit from its ABL Credit Facility.

In other market activity, HighTower Advisors LLC increased its positions in both The Boeing Company and Golub Capital BDC, Inc. HighTower increased its Boeing stake by 10.3% in the second quarter, while its holding in Golub Capital BDC grew by 4.2% during the same period.

Other notable movements include Empirical Finance LLC reducing its position in Ponce Financial Group, Inc. by 53.8%, and Continuum Advisory LLC decreasing its holdings in Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation by 96.6% during the second quarter.
