Fosun International Ltd reduced its stake in Microsoft Corporation by 27.5% in the fourth quarter, selling 1,500 shares and ending the period with 3,950 shares valued at about $1.9 million, representing 0.4% of its portfolio.
Jupiter Asset Management Ltd increased its Microsoft position by 4.2% in the same quarter, acquiring 31,134 shares to hold a total of 769,651 shares worth roughly $372.2 million, or 3.0% of its portfolio. Both filings were disclosed in recent SEC Form 13F reports, and institutional ownership of Microsoft overall stands at about 71%.
