Institutional investors adjust stakes in Vulcan Materials and other major firms

Various institutional investors have recently adjusted their positions in several major companies according to recent SEC filings.

Vulcan Materials Company has seen significant interest from institutional players. B. Metzler seel. Sohn & Co. AG increased its stake by 61.1% in the second quarter, while Nykredit A/S established a new position by purchasing 57,745 shares valued at approximately $17,035,000. Other major entities, including BlackRock Inc., Bank of America Corp, and Norges Bank, also acquired new stakes in the construction firm during recent periods.

In other market moves, Raiffeisen Bank International AG increased its holdings in LPL Financial Holdings Inc. by 113.5% during the second quarter. Additionally, B. Metzler seel. Sohn & Co. AG significantly boosted its position in Markel Group Inc. by 381% during the same period.

Vici Properties also announced a dividend increase of 2.2%, bringing its annualized payment to $1.84 per share. The real estate investment trust (REIT) maintains a dividend yield of 7.2%, the highest in the S&P 500.
