Institutional investors shift stakes in S&P Global, including Mill Capital purchase and C WorldWide reduction

Mill Capital Management LLC acquired a new position in S&P Global Inc., purchasing 43,470 shares valued at about $18.5 million, which represents roughly 1.4 % of the fund's holdings and makes the stock its 23rd largest position.

C WorldWide Group Holding A.S. trimmed its exposure to S&P Global during the first quarter, selling 33,761 shares and ending the period with 377,102 shares, equivalent to about 0.13 % of its portfolio and a holding value of roughly $160.4 million.

Both filings note that institutional investors collectively own about 87 % of S&P Global’s shares, while insiders bought approximately 5,974 shares worth $2.58 million over the past three months.
