Institutional investors trim PepsiCo holdings in Q4

Duncan Williams Asset Management LLC sold 6,126 shares of PepsiCo (NASDAQ:PEP) in the fourth quarter, cutting its stake by about 81.7% to a remaining 1,376 shares valued at roughly $197,000, according to its latest Form 13F filing with the SEC.

Cascade Financial Partners LLC also reduced its PepsiCo position in the same period, trimming its stake by 7.4% after selling 10,844 shares, leaving it with 136,532 shares. Both changes were disclosed in recent 13F filings.

The adjustments illustrate ongoing portfolio rebalancing by institutional investors in PepsiCo, a U.S. consumer‑goods giant with a market capitalization exceeding $200 billion.
