Institutional shareholders report changes in Irish property holdings

Major institutional shareholders have reported changes in their holdings for two Irish real estate entities.

Aberdeen Group plc notified the Central Bank of Ireland that its voting rights in Cairn Homes Plc crossed the 3% threshold on September 28, 2026. The group now holds 3.23% of the voting rights through 20,211,170 shares, down from a previous position of 3.89%.

Separately, BlackRock, Inc. reported that its total holdings in Irish Residential Properties REIT plc exceeded 4% on September 28, 2026. The total position, including voting rights through financial instruments, stands at 4.07%, an increase from the previously notified 3.99%.
