Instituto Adventista Balcarce celebrates 40th anniversary

The Instituto Adventista Balcarce (IAB) held a commemorative ceremony to mark its 40th anniversary. The event took place at the institution's premises and brought together educational and municipal authorities, faculty, students, alumni, and members of the local community.

Key attendees included legal representative Flavio Iván Penco, director Patricio Ordoñez, municipal government secretary Ricardo Stoppani, and Patricio Javier Barber Soler, the national director of private, social, and cooperative public education from the Ministry of Human Capital. The ceremony featured the entrance of ceremonial flags, the singing of the National Anthem, and a religious invocation by former director Rolando Cayrus.

During the event, speeches were delivered by alumnus Adolfo Ambertin, Director Ordoñez, and municipal officials, reflecting on the institution's history and community impact. The celebration included musical performances, the presentation of a book by Raúl Álvarez, and a commemorative video. Additionally, commemorative plaques were unveiled, and a symbolic “temple brick” was placed to represent a new construction project for the institution.
