Instituto Bons Ventos integrates environmental education into gymnastics projects

The Giro por Ginásticas sports project, operating in Papagaios (MG) and Itaguaí (RJ), has integrated environmental education into its routine through the ‘Lacre Solidário’ campaign. Managed by the Instituto Bons Ventos, the initiative aims to collect two 20-liter containers of beverage can tabs by November.

Beyond promoting physical activity, the campaign serves as a tool to teach children and adolescents about waste separation and proper recycling. The project includes monthly challenges to encourage community participation, with the collected materials intended for donation to social institutions in both participating cities.
