Instituto de Pesca hosts gastronomy and science festival in São Paulo

The Instituto de Pesca in Vila Mariana is hosting a fish festival that combines gastronomy with scientific education. The event features interactive activities led by researchers to teach the public about marine biology, fish science, and the importance of preserving aquatic ecosystems.

Designed for both children and adults, the program includes workshops, exhibitions, and creative activities such as painting and crafts. The festival also includes a creative economy fair and dedicated leisure areas for families. To support social causes, entry requires the donation of 1 kg of non-perishable food, which will be distributed to local social support institutions and the São Paulo Solidarity Fund.
