Instituto dos Sonhos opens free cultural innovation workshops in São Gonçalo

The Instituto dos Sonhos announced that registrations are open for a new cycle of free workshops and courses aimed at cultural professionals, entrepreneurs and workers in the creative economy of São Gonçalo, Brazil. The program, part of the Polo de Inovação Gonçalense, will run from 11 August to 12 November 2026 at the Hub IS in the city centre, with sessions held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 18:00.

The workshops will cover practical topics such as digital tools, event pre‑production, cultural project drafting and compliance, financial management, communication and organizational governance. Organisers say the initiative seeks to strengthen the local creative production chain, expand income opportunities and support new cultural projects. "O Instituto dos Sonhos criou o HUB IS visando construir o primeiro ecossistema de empresas criativas do território e por meio do projeto Polo de Inovação Gonçalense vem oferecendo ferramentas para esse desenvolvimento," said institute president Rafael Vieira. Registration is free and handled through the Sympla platform.
