Instituto Escola Jovens de Negócios launches new youth training cohort

The Instituto Escola Jovens de Negócios (IEJN) is launching its 8th cohort of the Market Training and Entrepreneurship program. The free initiative targets youth aged 14 to 24 in São José do Rio Preto and the surrounding region.

Over the past three years, the institute has trained more than 670 young people, achieving an 80% job placement rate and a 20% entrepreneurship rate. The program focuses on developing leadership, financial education, communication, and creativity. According to institute data, every R$ 1 invested generates approximately R$ 4.10 in social return, with the economic impact for the municipality exceeding R$ 13 million over the last three years.
