Instituto Reação wins Troféu Rio de Janeiro judo title

Instituto Reação won the Troféu Rio de Janeiro judo competition held at the Pedro Jahara Poliesportivo Gymnasium in Teresópolis. The organization secured the championship with a total of 28 gold, 21 silver, and 30 bronze medals.

Umbra – Vasco da Gama finished in second place, followed by Clube de Regatas do Flamengo and Jequiá Iate Clube. Instituto Impacto placed fifth overall and earned the title for the Interior category. The event featured nearly 500 registrations and 607 matches across five different classes.

Instituto Reação also dominated the Senior, Junior, and Sub-13 classes, while Umbra – Vasco won the Cadete and Sub-15 categories. This victory marks the fifth title for Instituto Reação in the 2026 State Circuit.
