According to the World Economic Forum’s 'The Future of Jobs 2025' report, the demand for continuous upskilling and reskilling will remain high. Projections suggest that by 2030, 59% of workers will require training and 29% will likely need to be reskilled for their current roles to keep pace with technological and structural shifts.
