Bianca Iotu responds to controversy on Insula Iubirii

Controversy has erupted on the Antena 1 reality show ‘Insula Iubirii’ following the broadcast of intimate scenes involving contestant Bianca Iotu and Narcis Bujor. The footage, which aired on October 16, 2026, sparked significant backlash from viewers and fellow contestants.

Bianca Iotu addressed the criticism directly on social media, confirming the intimacy occurred but rejecting claims that she acted out of vulnerability or distress. Other contestants, including Bianca Ghiurcă and Marco, expressed disgust or condemnation regarding the perceived infidelity and the nature of the scenes.

In addition to the romantic controversy, the show has seen rising tensions between other participants, including a heated verbal altercation between contestants Valentin and Emanuel, which required intervention from production to manage language and conduct.
