Insurance companies receive Great Place to Work recognitions

Several insurance companies have received recognition in the Great Place to Work (GPTW) rankings for their organizational culture and employee environments.

In Brazil, Lojacorr Seguros secured 18th place in the GPTW Paraná 2026 ranking. The company, which has been GPTW certified for over eight years, attributes the achievement to its focus on collaboration, transparency, and employee development. CEO Dirceu Tiegs noted that the recognition reflects the daily involvement of staff in building the company culture.

In Europe, CA Seguros, part of the Crédito Agrícola Group, ranked 16th in the Best Small & Medium Workplaces in Europe™ 2026. This marks the second consecutive year the insurer has received this distinction for companies with 50 to 499 employees. CA Seguros climbed 47 positions compared to the 2025 edition and achieved the highest ranking among all banking and insurance organizations included in the European list.
