INTEC launches national digital skills training campaign

The Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC), through the Cisco Networking Academy, has launched a new national training campaign to strengthen technological and digital competencies in the Dominican Republic.

The initiative aims to provide high-quality technological training to students, professionals, public and private sector employees, and interested citizens. The campaign offers free programs including Digital Awareness, Security and Digital Protection Awareness, and an Introduction to Modern AI.

This strategy seeks to expand access to digital education across the country, promoting digital inclusion and supporting the human capital required for the nation's digital transformation. The Cisco Networking Academy at INTEC has been operating since 2002, focusing on areas such as networking, information technology, and cybersecurity.
