Integratel Perú unions endorse company restructuring plan

Labor unions at Integratel Perú, including Fetratel, SUTTP, and the Coordinadora Sindical de Telefónicos, have formally endorsed the company’s restructuring plan under its Ordinary Insolvency Procedure (PCO) before Indecopi.

The unions signed an agreement to support the restructuring guidelines, viewing the plan as a necessary step to ensure the company's financial sustainability and maintain operations within the country. Key terms of the agreement include the preservation of employment, respect for labor rights and collective bargaining agreements, and the prioritization of payments to workers and former employees.

The SUTTP emphasized that this strategic alliance aims to prevent workers from being mere spectators to decisions that impact their professional futures, focusing on pillars such as job protection, technological training, and financial stability.
