Intel celebrates 50 years in Japan with Core Ultra processor promotions

Intel is marking its 50th anniversary in Japan with various promotional activities and product highlights. To celebrate the milestone, Intel Japan is launching a campaign running from September 19 to November 8, 2026. Customers who purchase eligible Intel Core Ultra (Series 2) desktop processors or desktop PCs equipped with them at participating retailers can enter a lottery to win prizes, including travel vouchers and various electronic gadgets.

In conjunction with these celebrations, PC Watch is commemorating its 30th anniversary by hosting a giveaway for the Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus desktop processor. This CPU is part of the Intel Core Ultra 200S series, featuring a 24-core configuration (8P-cores and 16E-cores) designed for high-performance gaming and content creation. The processor supports DDR5-7200 memory and utilizes the Intel Binary Optimization Tool to enhance system responsiveness while maintaining compatibility with the LGA1851 platform.
