Intel expands AI partnership with Google Cloud, deploying Gemini Enterprise across operations

Intel announced an expansion of its multi‑year partnership with Google Cloud to deploy Gemini Enterprise, the company’s generative‑AI platform, throughout its global workforce. The rollout will target engineering, supply‑chain, marketing and other corporate functions, with the goal of automating complex, multi‑step tasks and accelerating semiconductor development.

The initiative will run Gemini‑powered agents on Google Cloud’s scalable C4 and N4 instances, allowing Intel to run more high‑performance simulations in parallel and shorten chip‑design cycles. Cindy Stoddard, Intel’s senior vice president and chief information officer, said the tools will help employees work “with greater speed, agility, and efficiency.” Google Cloud’s Karthik Narain added that pairing Intel’s engineering expertise with Google’s agentic AI “creates an autonomous foundation that will fundamentally accelerate how they design, operate, and scale for the AI wave.”
