Keysight Technologies announced that its RFPro electromagnetic design software has been certified for Intel’s 14A and 18A‑P process technologies, giving designers confidence that simulations match the foundry’s latest manufacturing capabilities.

Synopsys Inc. expanded its partnership with Intel Foundry by certifying AI‑driven electronic design automation flows for the 14A node, extending support from design‑technology co‑optimization to system‑aware co‑design and adding compatibility with Intel’s EMIB and EMIB‑T packaging.

Cadence Design Systems reported that its AI‑driven digital and custom reference flows, tools and solutions are now certified on both Intel 14A and 18A‑P nodes, providing a sign‑off‑ready path for AI, high‑performance computing and mobile system‑on‑chips.

All three certifications aim to reduce design risk, cut late‑stage rework and accelerate time‑to‑market for chips built on Intel’s next‑generation technologies, which include RibbonFET 2 transistors, PowerDirect and backside power‑delivery features. Intel Foundry senior vice president Shawn Han highlighted the importance of predictable execution to help customers innovate more quickly.
