Intel Nova Lake CPUs to debut 22‑core models with 108 MB bLLC and up to 12‑core Xe3P iGPUs

Intel is preparing two Nova Lake‑S desktop processors with 22 cores, each equipped with a large last‑level cache (bLLC) of 108 MB. The models will combine six high‑performance P‑cores, twelve efficiency E‑cores and four low‑power LP‑E‑cores, and will be offered in a 125 W TDP, non‑boost‑locked version and a 65 W boost‑locked version. These chips target the gaming segment by leveraging the bLLC to accelerate cache‑intensive workloads.

Leaks also indicate that both Nova Lake‑S and the mobile Nova Lake‑H family will feature Intel’s new Xe3P integrated graphics architecture, with up to 12 Xe3P cores in selected SKUs. Entry‑level Nova Lake parts are expected to use Intel’s internal 18A‑P process, while higher‑performance variants will be built on TSMC’s N2P node. The Xe3P iGPU is projected to rival entry‑level discrete graphics in performance, strengthening Intel’s competition with AMD’s Ryzen APUs.

The announcements, attributed to leaker “Jaykihn”, suggest a staggered launch beginning later this year, with further mobile and desktop variants to follow into 2027.
