Intelcia inaugurates new Tunisian hub to expand operations and AI integration

Moroccan group Intelcia has officially inaugurated a new complex in Lac 2, Tunis, to strengthen its presence in North Africa. The four-story facility, which has been operating at 30% capacity since July 2025, is expected to reach 1,000 positions within one year.

The expansion follows Intelcia’s previous moves in Tunisia, including the 2023 acquisition of Colyris and the takeover of Altice activities. The new hub is designed to support the group’s transition toward integrating generative artificial intelligence into customer relationship management.

Through its digital transformation branch, Evoluciona, the company is implementing an ‘Augmented Agent’ model. This strategy aims to automate routine tasks with AI while reserving complex interactions for human employees, shifting the business model away from purely time-based billing toward a more technology-integrated approach.
