Intentia secures 10 million yen loan for manufacturing AI agents

Intentia Inc. has secured a 10 million yen loan from the Japan Finance Corporation to advance the development of AI agents tailored for the manufacturing and wholesale sectors. The company is launching two specific AI services: a Sales Support AI Agent and an Order Processing AI Agent.

The Sales Support AI Agent assists with visit preparation, proposals, and post-meeting documentation by organizing information from various systems. The Order Processing AI Agent automates the reading of orders received via FAX, email, or PDF, cross-referencing them with product masters and inventory to facilitate order registration. These tools are designed to integrate with existing CRM, SFA, and Excel workflows rather than replacing them.
