Inter Milan plans midfield overhaul with Stanković return, Brozović exit

Inter Milan have secured the return of Serbian midfielder Aleksandar Stanković from Club Brugge for €23 million. The 20‑year‑old, son of former Inter legend Dejan Stanković, is expected to form a young midfield partnership with Croatian international Petar Sučić in the upcoming season.

At the same time, Croatian midfielder Marcelo Brozović, whose contract with Saudi club Al Nassr ends on 30 June, is being linked with a move back to Europe. Turkish side Besiktas is reported as a potential destination, with the possibility of a free transfer if Al Nassr does not extend his deal, which could affect Inter's midfield planning.
