Inter Milan manager Cristian Chivu outlines long-term club vision

Inter Milan manager Cristian Chivu has outlined his long-term vision for the club, emphasizing the importance of gradual growth and building a foundation of young talent. In recent interviews, Chivu identified winning the UEFA Champions League as the ultimate dream for the team, noting the unique motivational intensity that European competition brings compared to the routine of domestic league play.

Chivu specifically praised striker Pio Esposito for his professional maturity. He highlighted Esposito’s decision to leave the Primavera squad to test himself in Serie B as a courageous move that ultimately prepared him for the demands of the first team. Chivu also addressed broader discussions regarding Italian football, rejecting the idea that a lack of talent is to blame, instead suggesting that clubs must find better ways to develop and integrate young players.

Additionally, midfielder Curtis Jones, who recently joined the club, has been training with the squad following his absence from England's international call-up. Jones has expressed his desire to secure a prominent role within Chivu’s tactical setup.
