Inter Milan signs Djed Spence from Tottenham

Inter Milan has officially completed the signing of English wing-back Djed Spence from Tottenham Hotspur. The transfer serves as a replacement for Denzel Dumfries, who moved to Real Madrid.

The deal is a permanent transfer valued at a fixed fee of 31 million euros, with an additional 4 million euros in potential bonuses, bringing the total package to 35 million euros. As part of the agreement, Tottenham will receive 10% of any future resale of the player. Spence has signed a five-year contract with the Milanese club, set to expire on June 30, 2031, with an estimated annual net salary of approximately 3 million euros.

Spence, who previously played for Genoa in Serie A during the 2023-24 season, arrives following strong performances in the Premier League and a call-up to the England national team. Analysts suggest his versatility to play on both the right and left flanks will provide significant offensive and defensive value to the squad.
