Inter Milan targets Bernabé and Kovacic in transfer planning

Inter Milan is actively evaluating several transfer targets as they plan for future squad compositions under new sporting director Dario Baccin. The club is focusing on a strategy that combines young talent with high-quality players available as free agents.

Among the primary targets is Parma midfielder Adrian Bernabé. Bernabé, whose contract expires in June 2027, has not yet reached a renewal agreement with Parma. Inter has previously monitored the player, and the connection is bolstered by Cristian Chivu, who has direct experience coaching him at Parma.

Additionally, Inter is considering a return for Mateo Kovacic, whose contract with Manchester City runs until June 2027. The club is also monitoring options such as Anguissa from Napoli. To facilitate these potential arrivals, Inter may need to manage departures, including Hakan Calhanoglu and Henrik Mkhitaryan, due to ongoing contract negotiations.
