Inter Milan defeats Lumezzane 2-0 in closed-door friendly

Inter Milan defeated Lumezzane 2-0 in a closed-door friendly match held at the Appiano Gentile training center. The goals were scored by Henrikh Mkhitaryan in the 14th minute and youth player Agbonifo in the 62nd minute.

The match served as a vital fitness test for manager Cristian Chivu ahead of the league restart against Parma. A significant highlight was the official debut of Djed Spence, who played 50 minutes as a right wing-back.

Federico Dimarco also returned to action, playing the full match after recovering from recent fitness issues. In contrast, Hakan Calhanoglu remained in recovery and did not participate in the match. The game was played in two 35-minute halves to manage player workload during the international break.
