Inter Milan transfer updates: striker search cools and player movements

Inter Milan is reconsidering the addition of a fifth striker to its squad. While the club previously considered Luis Henrique, the prospect has cooled as the Brazilian player is expected to remain with the Nerazzurri following a shift in Roma's interest.
