Inter players Barella and Dimarco testify in Milan escort probe

The Milan public prosecutor has heard Inter Milan midfielders Nicolò Barella and Federico Dimarco as witnesses in a wider investigation into an alleged escort network run by the agency Ma. De Milano. The two players are not under investigation; they were questioned to clarify details of the alleged operation.

Earlier interrogations also involved fellow Inter players Kevin Bonifazi, Riccardo Calafiori, Daniel Maldini and others, all in a purely informative capacity. Separate from them, defender Alessandro Bastoni faces a probe for alleged minor‑prostitution offences linked to the same network.

Investigators allege that the agency organized exclusive events for wealthy clients, including Serie A footballers, in luxury Milan venues, and that its managers, identified as Buttini and Ronchi, coordinated the alleged exploitation and facilitation of prostitution. The case remains in its preliminary phase, with further steps expected after the summer break.
