InterContinental to develop luxury villas in Vietnam's Sapa region

InterContinental is developing The Residences at InterContinental Sapa Resort, a collection of 79 luxury villas located in the Muong Hoa Valley in Sapa, Vietnam. Developed in partnership with Alphanam Group, the project is part of the 83-hectare Alphora Muong Hoa International Resort Complex.

The residences are designed to integrate with the natural mountainous landscape and terraced fields of the region. Owners will have access to five-star hotel services, including restaurants, wellness facilities, and concierge services. The project is part of IHG’s expansion of its luxury residential portfolio and is expected to be the highest-positioned InterContinental branded residence complex in the world.
