Interfit launches Select training format and expands CT Wellness model

Interfit, a gym chain founded in 2023 in Altamira, Brazil, has launched 'Interfit Select,' a new training format focused on personalized small-group workouts. This initiative expands the company's 'CT Wellness' concept, which integrates high-performance equipment with wellness services such as individualized attention and muscle recovery areas.

Led by Estevam Neto, CEO of the holding company Interhold Global, the expansion comes amid significant growth in the Brazilian franchising sector. According to the 2025 Franchising Performance Survey by the Associação Brasileira de Franchising (ABF), the health, beauty, and wellness segment reached R$ 74.3 billion, marking a 14.6% increase.
