Interior Minister Karner opens new police station in Styria

Interior Minister Gerhard Karner officially opened the newly constructed Langenwang police inspection in the Mürzzuschlag district of Styria. The facility, which covers approximately 200 square meters of usable space, provides modern technical and spatial conditions for its eight police officers.

During the ceremony, Karner emphasized the importance of investing in modern infrastructure, patrol vehicles, and protective equipment to ensure professional police work and optimal working conditions. State Police Director Gerald Ortner also noted that investments in both infrastructure and personnel are essential requirements for effective policing.
