Intermountain Health opens new Nevada clinic and hosts cleft‑portrait exhibit in Utah
Intermountain Health celebrated the grand opening of its Badura Clinic, a 90,000‑square‑foot medical office building in southwest Las Vegas. The three‑story facility consolidates primary, specialty and cancer care—including adult and senior primary care, pediatrics, women's health, radiation therapy, infusion services, diabetes, endocrinology, rheumatology and palliative care—under one roof for the fast‑growing Spring Valley community.
At the same time, Intermountain Health Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City hosted the Mountain West stop of the 100 Cleft Portraits Tour, a free traveling art exhibition that showcases portraits and stories of people affected by cleft lip and palate. Created by UK‑based artist Katie Manning, the exhibit ran on Aug. 1‑2 at the Utah Museum of Contemporary Art and featured workshops, an interactive art room for children, and a focus on raising awareness of the congenital condition.
Both events highlight Intermountain Health’s commitment to expanding health services and community outreach across the Mountain West region.
