Prêmio Para Elas announces finalists for best goalkeeper and coach
The Prêmio TV Brasil Petrobras Para Elas has announced the finalists for the Best Goalkeeper of the season in Brazilian women's football. The three nominees are Yanne (Bahia), Carlinha (São Paulo), and Sandy (América-MG).
Yanne was recognized for her decisive role in Bahia's campaign, including saving two penalties in the quarterfinals against Palmeiras. Carlinha, a Brazilian national team player, was highlighted for her performance in São Paulo's title-winning final against Corinthians. Sandy earned her nomination for her statistical performance and her role in helping América-MG maintain its position in the first division.
Additionally, the award revealed the finalists for Best Coach of the season: Thiago Viana (São Paulo), Felipe Freitas (Bahia), and Fabi Guedes (Atlético-MG). The winners will be announced on November 15 at the Museu do Futebol in São Paulo. The selection process involved voting by club representatives, including captains, coaches, and directors from Brazil's elite women's football clubs.
