Internal conflict intensifies within Serbian Democratic Party (SDS)

The Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) is facing heightened internal tensions following a series of public disputes between high-ranking officials. Ognjen Bodiroga and Main Board member Aleksandra Pandurević engaged in a heated exchange on social media, involving personal insults and accusations of political opportunism.

Pandurević has also leveled serious criticisms against Branko Blanuša, accusing him of dictatorial behavior and attempting to bypass party statutes. She specifically alleged that Blanuša appointed a commissioner for Bijeljina without the required consultations with the Presidency and is currently attempting to obstruct the Main Board from reviewing an appeal by Ljubiša Petrović. Pandurević compared Blanuša's leadership style to that of Paddy Ashdown, suggesting his actions aim to undermine the party's stability.
