International academic conferences focus on AI and transport innovation

Several international academic conferences are scheduled or have recently taken place, focusing on technological and logistical advancements.

The 34th International Conference on Information Systems Development (ISD 2026) was held in Prague from September 1–5, 2026. Organized by the Czech Technical University in Prague, the event centered on the theme “Making ISD Sustainable: Reloaded with AI and Automation.” Researchers from various Polish institutions, including the University of Warsaw, participated in leading sessions and presenting research on topics such as agentic AI, LLMs, and the evolving role of project managers in IT implementation.

Additionally, the University of Szczecin will host the 22nd EURO-TRANS International Scientific Conference on September 21–22, 2026. Titled “Innovative transport system. Efficiency, safety and environmental protection,” the event will bring together experts in science, politics, and business to discuss sustainable transport, intelligent logistics, and digital solutions for transport system resilience.
