Curated by a beer sommelier, the collection includes styles such as IPA, Geuze, Ale, Lager, Porter, Barleywine, Weizen, and Tripel. Featured breweries include Rodenbach and Boon from Belgium, Thornbridge from England, Uiltje from the Netherlands, Närke from Sweden, O'Hara's from Ireland, BrewDog from Scotland, and Weihenstephaner from Germany.

To maintain the quality of craft beers after opening, particularly heavy barrel-aged stouts or barleywines, experts suggest several preservation methods. While high alcohol content and lower carbonation in heavy beers help stability, oxygen remains the primary cause of oxidation. Recommended methods include using a champagne or beer stopper, transferring the remaining liquid to an airtight vessel like a swing-top bottle or growler, or using a crown cap machine with empty bottles to minimize carbonation loss.
