International Culinary and Confectionery College hosts open campus

The International Culinary and Confectionery College held an open campus event on September 5. The program included morning and afternoon sessions designed to showcase the school's curriculum.

The morning session featured a Chinese cuisine demonstration of seafood sauce over crispy rice. The afternoon session provided hands-on experience, where participants prepared spice curry and practiced confectionery skills by making cafe mocha brûlée rolls, including using torches for caramelization.
