International fashion brands expand retail presence in Spain and Argentina

Several international fashion brands are expanding their retail presence in Spain and Argentina.

In Castellón, Spain, the outlet retailer TK Maxx is opening a new store exceeding 1,800 square meters at the Salera Shopping Center on October 15. The location will offer clothing for men, women, and children, alongside footwear, beauty, sports, and home goods, featuring discounts of up to 60% off recommended retail prices.

In Argentina, the British premium clothing brand Superdry & Co is launching its flagship store at Unicenter in the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area (AMBA) on October 8. Managed by Tango Fabric, the company plans an investment of approximately US$40 million over four years, aiming to open 10 stores annually in Argentina before expanding to other South American countries in 2027. Additionally, the Danish menswear brand Jack & Jones is expected to open a location in Martínez later this month.
