International Haná festival celebrates global cultures in Olomouc

The third annual International Haná festival took place at the Tereziánská zbrojnice courtyard in Olomouc. Organized under the auspices of Palacký University Olomouc’s Welcome Office, the event was part of the international INSIGHT project, which aims to create a more welcoming and open academic environment for international students and staff.

This year’s festival was dedicated to Haiti, a country supported by the Archdiocesan Charity Olomouc for two decades. The event featured various cultural booths representing countries such as China, France, India, Ukraine, and the USA, alongside local contributors like the Strážnice protected workshop and multilingual education organizations.
