International Institute of Culinary Arts holds 41st Convocation

The International Institute of Culinary Arts (IICA) in New Delhi held its 41st Convocation, celebrating the graduation of students from its Culinary and Bakery programmes. Over its 21-year history, the institute has graduated more than 4,000 professionals for the global hospitality industry.

The event featured keynote addresses from industry leaders, including Kulbhushan Kachru, Chairman of Radisson Hotel Group, Southeast Asia, and President of the Hotel Association of India. The ceremony included diploma distributions, professional achievement awards, and panel discussions regarding the evolving expectations and professional realities facing the next generation of chefs.
