International law enforcement arrests two U.S. homicide suspects
Law enforcement agencies in Mexico and Slovenia have arrested two different American men wanted in connection with homicide investigations in the United States.
In Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco, Mexican authorities apprehended 24-year-old Juvencio Román “N”, who was sought by U.S. officials for a homicide in Texas. Following intelligence provided by the FBI and the U.S. Marshals Service, the Jalisco State Security Secretariat utilized drones and tactical groups to locate the suspect. Román, who had reportedly entered Mexico irregularly, was handed over to the National Institute of Migration to facilitate repatriation processes.
Separately, Slovenian police arrested 23-year-old Seth Walls in Ljubljana. Walls is accused by the U.S. Department of Justice of second-degree murder regarding the 2022 shooting of a 15-year-old girl in Millington, Tennessee. After failing to provide identification and claiming Canadian citizenship, Walls was identified via Interpol fingerprint databases. He remains in Slovenian custody pending extradition proceedings to Shelby County, Tennessee.
