International Meal Company receives B3 extension for share reclassification

B3 has granted International Meal Company (IMC) an extension to reclassify its share prices to the minimum level of R$ 1 per share. The company, which operates restaurant chains including KFC, Pizza Hut, Viena, and Frango Assado, requested the extension to align with its corporate calendar.

The new deadline is set for either the date of the 2027 ordinary general meeting or April 30, 2027, whichever occurs first. IMC management stated that the delay will allow the market to evaluate the company's economic and financial performance based on more recent data, specifically following the release of third-quarter 2026 financial information.
