International musicians hold masterclasses at Escuela Re Si in Río Gallegos

International musicians Gil de Gálvez and Marina Picazo Gutiérrez are conducting intensive training sessions at the Escuela Provincial de Música Re Si in Río Gallegos, Argentina. The program, organized by the Provincial Council of Education through the General Directorate of Artistic Education, includes masterclasses, pedagogy training for teachers, and instrumental practice for students.

Activities are spread across three locations: Provincial Primary Schools No. 33, 63, and 91, with EPP No. 63 serving as the central hub for pedagogical instruction. Additionally, masterclasses focusing on Spanish academic music and instrumental refinement are being held at the Luis Villareal Auditorium in the Santa Cruz Cultural Center.

Gil de Gálvez, a Latin GRAMMY-nominated producer and leader violinist of Concerto Málaga, and Dr. Marina Picazo Gutiérrez, an international specialist in the Suzuki method, are providing expertise to strengthen the formation of young musicians, particularly violinists and violists in the school's orchestra.
