International organizations advance quality management standards

The Bolivian Institute of Normalization and Quality (IBNORCA) officially presented the updated NB/ISO 9001:2026 quality management standard during the ‘Quality Without Borders’ event in Santa Cruz. The organization also recognized over 40 companies in the region for their sustained commitment to quality management systems and continuous improvement.

In France, the Mexican Secretariat of Economy participated in the 2026 Annual Meeting of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The Mexican delegation engaged in bilateral meetings with representatives from Singapore, Denmark, and Norway, as well as international bodies like the IEC and ASTM International. The participation aimed to strengthen international cooperation regarding sustainable development, gender equality, and new technologies to foster innovation and market competitiveness.
